Introduction to The Athlete's Guide
Hello everyone,
This post is meant to introduce you to me, to what this page is about, to and what this page is going to be about in the future.
Originally, I planned on writing The Athlete’s Guide as a series of short books published individually, but as that would be a more long-term project and I wanted to be able to get information out as quickly as possible, I turned to Substack.
My plan with this page is to, rather than publish a book as a whole, post the book chapter-by-chapter here weekly as it is written. These posts will not exactly be in book format, but rather each post will be dedicated to a specific topic within the book.
Some examples of what you will see addressed in detail on this page include but are definitely no limited to:
The Athlete’s Guide: Bulking
The Athlete’s Guide: Rotational Power
The Athlete’s Guide: Mental Strength
The Athlete’s Guide: Building Speed
The Athlete’s Guide: Preparation
The Athlete’s Guide: Shredding Fat
The Athlete’s Guide: Getting Recruited
And many, many more.
About me? My name is Zack. I am an active College Baseball player in my Sophomore year. I pride myself on my ability to effectively program training and nutrition routines for athletes of all ages, at any level, playing any sport—something that I have been doing for teammates and underclassmen for years now.
For now, I plan on keeping this Substack completely free, so I would appreciate your support through following and sharing this page with anyone who might be interested.
My first posts—The Athlete’s Guide: Bulking—coming soon…
